Sometimes, due to self-imposed limitations, we get so used to life deciding for us, that even when we know without a doubt that we have full control over our current situation, and that we desperately desire to reach that goal or to fulfil that dream, we choose to limit our participation, as if by denying our direct involvement we can then attribute any negative outcome to fate.

The flawed premise of this paradigm couldn’t be clearer…in that, through participating in the denial, we have by default created that negative outcome, to the point that the previous potential failure that we projected is no longer just a possibility, but rather an actual tangible outcome that we single-handedly secured for ourselves.

There is no greater loss than the one that we freely hand over to fate, by lacking faith in our dreams and wishes, and in our ability to pursue them.
